Job Title: Non-Certified Nursing Assistant - Nights

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Non-Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Inniswood Village in Westerville, OH. As a key member of our care team, you will provide direct care to our residents, assisting with activities of daily living and promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with feeding, toileting, and transferring residents
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
  • Participate in restorative care programs to maintain residents' functional abilities
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Two to four years of experience in healthcare or a related field
  • Good communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
