Job Title

We seek a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to support our payroll and benefits operations at Value Drug Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including payroll data and employee information.
  • Prepare and process payroll data, reconcile payroll, hours, and tax information, and track paid time off.
  • Review and reconcile quarterly earnings, tax reports, and Local Services Tax Forms.
  • Compile and analyze employee time, production, and payroll data to identify discrepancies and address them promptly.
  • Process pay/hour adjustments, benefit deductions, and miscellaneous reimbursements, and manage payroll submissions.
  • Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments to maintain accurate records and provide employees and managers with payroll, tax, and benefits information.
  • Prepare and balance period-end reports, including payroll taxes and W-2 processing.
  • Handle employment verifications, unemployment claims, and maintain personnel documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR functions, such as pre-employment screenings, updating employee records, and developing job descriptions and benefit plans.

Salary Range: $58,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
