**Continuous Improvement Coordinator**
About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join our team at Wieland's Duncansville, PA facility. As a key member of our Continuous Improvement program, you will work closely with the C.I. Manager to analyze and improve existing processes and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of lean production methodology across the organization.
- Analyze and organize the flow of existing processes and projects to identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize analytical and organizational skills to facilitate and train on C.I. programs throughout the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing/Operations, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, facilitating continuous improvement using lean tools and methodology, and driving cultural transformations in a manufacturing environment.
- Lean Certification preferred.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes is a plus.
**Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lean principles and practices, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
