Job Title: Finishing Operator

At DuPont, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions that make a real difference in people's lives. As a Finishing Operator, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our polymer printing plates meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assess finished products from the manufacturing line to ensure they meet quality requirements.
  • Set up and maintain packing materials and pack polymer printing plates as they come off the machine.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Operate power equipment to move products and packing materials.
  • Utilize SAP to complete transactions for truck billing and packaging.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervision to maintain safe operation and area standards.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow written instructions.
  • Basic arithmetic skills and ability to keep written logs.
  • Physical fitness to stand for 8-hour shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and have medical clearance.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Preferred: 3 years' experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment; power equipment experience.
