Finishing Operator

As a Finishing Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our polymer printing plates, which serve the semiconductor, advanced chip packaging, circuit board, electronic and industrial finishing, photovoltaic, display, and digital and flexographic printing industries.

The Cyrel Operations unit is a 24/7 operation, and the position will be 8-hour rotating shift. You will be compensated with shift premium on top of your hourly rate when working second or third shift. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Following all safety requirements
• Assessing the Finished Product from Manufacturing line to ensure quality requirements
• Setting up and maintaining packing materials and packing polymer printing plates as they come off the machine
• Basic troubleshooting of mechanical equipment
• Trained in use of power equipment to move product and packing materials
• Utilizing SAP to complete transactions for Truck Billing/packaging
• Performing various other tasks as assigned by supervision to maintain safe operation and area standards

Requirements include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility, adaptability, dependability, reliability, and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to follow written instructions, basic arithmetic, and keep written logs
• Physical fitness, ability to stand for 8-hour shifts, lift up to 50 lbs., and have medical clearance
• Valid Driver's License

Preferred qualifications include 3 years' experience in a manufacturing, warehouse or similar environment, and power equipment experience.
