Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Pyramid Healthcare Inc. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a critical role in guiding our clients towards recovery and wellness.

Job Summary

The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for assessing potential clients for the appropriate level of care requirements, diagnosing as appropriate, and developing treatment plans. You will also facilitate treatment team meetings, provide individual and group supervision to counselors and other staff, and maintain a caseload as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess potential clients for the appropriate level of care requirements and diagnose as appropriate.
  • Develop treatment plans and facilitate treatment team meetings.
  • Provide individual and group supervision to counselors and other staff.
  • Maintain a caseload as needed.
  • Assist the facility leadership in developing new programs for the facility.
  • Clerical duties as required for maintenance of client files.
  • Listen to clients concerning all areas of treatment.
  • Maintain a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment for clients, including crisis intervention.
  • Ensure clinical programs occur daily as scheduled.
  • Complete all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities.
Requirements
  • A Master's Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in administration or the human services) or other related field.
  • 2 years of clinical experience in a health and human services agency, including 1 year of working directly with the chemically dependent.
  • Strong clinical skills in D&A and mental health treatment.
  • A working knowledge of HIPAA, OMSAS, Licensing, and CARF regulations.
  • Strong computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous supervisory experience with DDAP training.
  • Facilitating process group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy.
  • Drug and Alcohol/Mental Health experience.
  • Treatment planning experience.
