Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients as prescribed by the physician
- Record clinical and progress notes, and coordinate other patient care activities/services
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care
- Ensure confidentiality of patient health information
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Louisiana
- Previous home care experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
