Pediatric Home Care LPN Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing high-quality pediatric home care services in the Bossier City area.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to acutely ill and chronically ill patients in their homes, as prescribed by the physician.
  • Record clinical and progress notes, and coordinate other patient care activities/services to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
  • Work under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse and/or designated supervisor, adhering to state laws governing the practice of nursing, agency policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Previous home care experience preferred.
