As a Lead Process Engineer at Catalent Inc, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our manufacturing processes to ensure the highest quality of pharmaceutical products. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will:
- Collaborate with industry specialists to develop comprehensive design specifications and process documentation.
- Provide innovative technical solutions to complex engineering challenges, leveraging your extensive experience.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and identifying opportunities for process optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support the management of project budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Work closely with site leadership to identify and implement capital expenditure projects that meet facility requirements.
- Establish and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with best practices and facility needs.
- Engage in continuous communication with cross-functional teams to address facility-related challenges effectively.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- A Master's degree is preferred, along with relevant certifications.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Engineering, with at least 2 years in a regulated industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration across various departments.
