Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will:

  • Collaborate with industry specialists to develop comprehensive design specifications and process documentation.
  • Provide innovative technical solutions to complex engineering challenges, leveraging your extensive experience.
  • Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and identifying opportunities for process optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support the management of project budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with site leadership to identify and implement capital expenditure projects that meet facility requirements.
  • Establish and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with best practices and facility needs.
  • Engage in continuous communication with cross-functional teams to address facility-related challenges effectively.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
  • A Master's degree is preferred, along with relevant certifications.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Engineering, with at least 2 years in a regulated industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration across various departments.
