Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  • Verify supplier order acknowledgments and flag any abnormalities, such as specification, quantity, value, and production dates.
  • Match packing lists with orders and highlight any short-shipped components.
  • Arrange and manage the shipping of goods, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Update orders and shipping information into weekly and master records.
  • Liaise with suppliers, forwarders, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
  • Filing of documents, both hard and soft copies.
  • Manage and maintain the master library of product brochures and materials.
  • Manage showroom and mock-up deliveries, as well as inventories.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement and shipping, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
