Job Description

The Sales Operations Associate - Visual Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring operational excellence in our stores. Key responsibilities include processing merchandise, reorganizing stock as needed to maximize space, and ensuring new products are properly merchandised and represented.

  • Process merchandise, including ticketing and restocking for the sales floor.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of store-to-store transfers and Locate requests.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
  • Assist with visual directives, including floorsets and window changes.

You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences by modeling and supporting our Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous stock or cashier experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $$$45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
