Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your location and experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including flexible financing solutions, comprehensive in-field support, and ongoing research and innovative solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should have a deep understanding of agricultural practices and be able to analyze complex data to provide informed recommendations.
