Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Patient Services Recruiter to join our team at Sanzie HealthCare Services Inc.

This full-time position offers an estimated salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling client appointments, coordinating referrals, and verifying eligibility for Medicaid services.

You will also be responsible for tracking conversions, providing administrative support to the clinical team, and participating in performance improvement initiatives.

In addition, you will maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with patients and caregivers, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Associate degree required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
