Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate various resident services and programs
• Act as the point of contact for residents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Provide a personalized experience, focusing on care and convenience for our residents
• Engage with residents, fostering a positive relationship and confirming their expectations are being fulfilled

Requirements:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
