Key Responsibilities:
The following duties are essential to this role:

  • Polishes and cleans light fixtures, marble surfaces, and decorative trim.
  • Maintains cleanliness in rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms.
  • Conducts sweeping, scrubbing, finishing, and polishing of floors.
  • Handles cleaning of rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
  • Dusts and maintains furniture and equipment.
  • Polishes metal surfaces to maintain shine.
  • Washes walls, ceilings, and wooden structures.
  • Cleans windows, door panels, and sills.
  • Empties waste receptacles and cleans ashtrays.
  • Transports waste to designated disposal areas.

Supervisory Role:
This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

Physical Requirements:
