Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team at The Meadows of Kalida. As a STNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help residents with mobility and transfer needs, including turning, lifting, and positioning
  • Participate in daily nursing reports and take detailed notes
  • Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when necessary
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
  • Current, unencumbered, state nurse aide license
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Desire to help people and work with a team to make it happen
