Claims Supervisor

The Claims Supervisor is a key role within the CorVel Corporation, responsible for overseeing a team of claims professionals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor claims staff to ensure peak performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Claims Manager to develop and implement training programs for new staff members.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of claims, including investigation, litigation, and settlement.
- Provide technical guidance and support to claims staff on complex claims issues.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and employees to resolve claim-specific requests and concerns.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client and employee information.
- Attend meetings and travel as required to support business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience handling claims, with a strong understanding of Workers' Compensation laws and regulations.
- Current license or certification in Workers' Compensation required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
