Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at HT Install. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and closing sales to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate HT Install's products and services to prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation of sold solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to effectively communicate product benefits to clients.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote HT Install's offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience in home automation control systems, security systems, WiFi and network solutions, wireless audio, window treatments, lighting control, burglar alarms, access control, and commercial installations.
  • Strong understanding of home automation and security technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
