Our team is dedicated to supporting patients' medical and personal recoveries from substance use disorder.
Responsibilities- Follow policies and procedures to correctly identify patients and administer medication per medical providers' orders.
- Dispense daily and take-home medication at the dosing window.
- Coordinate care with clinical and medical staff for continuity of patient care.
- Maintain and complete accurate patient documentation, including assessing for impairment.
- Ensure medication count is accurate and completed daily.
- Follow compliance policies and procedures around documentation practices.
- Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse License issued in the state in which they will be practicing or a multi-state compact status license.
- 3+ years of nursing experience is preferred.
- Strong phlebotomy skills, experience drawing blood on collapsed veins is a plus.
- More 1 on 1 care
