The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will have 7-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management, preferably with expertise in Medical offices, Retail, Restaurant, and Grocery projects. You should also possess skills in High End Tenant Improvement, Ground up construction, and Subcontractor relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Handling pre-construction and in-progress meetings with clients to ensure timely completion and satisfaction.
  • Creating and tracking RFI's and Submittals to maintain project efficiency.
  • Sending out and tracking requests for proposals to multiple subcontracts prior to assembling bids.
  • Managing the construction process from bid through close-out, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines.
  • Coordinating meetings with subcontractors and project owners to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Purchasing materials for projects while maintaining budgetary controls.
  • Working on multiple projects simultaneously, handling tasks efficiently, and meeting deadlines.
