Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in divinity (MDiv) or a comparable theological qualification (mandatory)
  • Experience in providing support to individuals facing death and their families

  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with hospice philosophy and prior experience is preferred
  • Valid driver's license is necessary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct spiritual evaluations and create personalized care plans
  • Deliver direct spiritual support to patients and their families
  • Engage with community clergy and spiritual advisors
  • Maintain precise records of spiritual care services
  • Participate in team meetings and provide spiritual care insights
