Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Master Technician to join our team at AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah Careers. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs and maintenance on vehicles, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and Maintenance: Perform all repairs according to MAP, OEM, or accepted industry standard procedures, ensuring that vehicles are returned to their owners in excellent condition.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain company-provided equipment and machinery, ensuring that they are in good working condition and ready for use.
  • Training and Development: Attend all required training, seek additional training to maintain and increase effectiveness, and verify that parts ordered for vehicles are correct.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with manager, service advisors, and other technicians to contribute to the overall performance of the location.
Requirements
  • Math and Computer Skills: Possess math and computer skills, with experience using software applications, including word processing, browsers, and email.
  • Member Service Focus: Demonstrate a member service focus, ensuring that all interactions with customers are professional and courteous.
  • Knowledge of Equipment/Tool Operation: Have knowledge of equipment/tool operation and diagnostic/repair procedures.
  • Smog Repair and Testing Certification: Possess Smog Repair and Testing Certification (CA only).
