Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a critical role in providing leadership and guidance to our mental health professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assessment services effectively and efficiently, ensuring timely completion of client screenings and comprehensive progress notes.
- Communicate client progress to relevant stakeholders, facilitating a seamless transition process and ensuring continuity of care.
- Provide clinical supervision and training to mental health professionals, promoting best practices and adherence to established protocols.
- Identify and address gaps in service provision, ensuring that our clients receive comprehensive and individualized care.
- Oversee the daily operations and functions of our therapy team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Develop and implement programs that promote positive behaviors and outcomes, utilizing evidence-based techniques and methodologies.
- Masters degree in Social Work or Counseling.
- LISW-S or LPCC-S licensure required.
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a mental health setting.
- Experience in community-based counseling and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned service areas.
- Comprehensive training and supervision hours from an LISW-S or LPCC-S.
