The successful candidate will have a proven track record of management performance within Healthcare Technology and a broad understanding of the diverse service aspects they will encounter and resolve daily. This candidate will also collaborate with regional HTM Leaders to drive operational effectiveness and client satisfaction for clinical engineering services enhancing patient outcomes and meeting client organization objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Are you legally authorized to work in the US for any employer
  • Do you have 5 years experience managing Biomedical Services in a large healthcare system and 5 years of functional and management experience in the Healthcare sector
  • Do you have experience in regulatory compliance (CIHQ DNV JACHO)

Additional Requirements:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Executive & CSuite experience

Basic Management Experience: 5 years

Basic Functional Experience: 5 years in maintenance and repair of clinical devices

Solutionoriented approach critical thinking skills and ability to navigate and resolve conflict successfully

Ability to provide worldclass service and develop strong partnerships with customers staff and vendors

Superior business acumen agility and decisionmaking skills regarding budget management proficiencies

Experience leading highperforming teams including mentoring/development of new and existing talent within the organization
