About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a Care Partner, you will be responsible for providing hands-on and stand-by assistance to our residents, as needed. You will also be expected to maintain a safe and clean environment, and to promote the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living
  • Assist residents with physical and emotional needs, as needed
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other team members
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to obtain CPR & First Aid Certification
  • Ability to obtain required caregiving license within specified timeframe, if necessary
  • Current negative TB test
  • Possess the ability to sit, stand, bend, and move continuously during work hours
  • Ability to carry or transfer up to 50lbs with assistance
  • Ability to pass criminal record/background check
  • Be efficient and exercise good time management skills
  • Must be able to work well independently with little oversight
  • Must have a track record of top-notch organizational abilities and communication skills
  • Willing to attend and incorporate into your work efforts different types of training
