**Your Role on Our Team**

As a Regional Human Resources Strategy Director, you will play a key role in maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions, ensuring policies, procedures, and reporting comply. You will also maintain knowledge of issues specific to the campus/regional labor market that could potentially impact business conditions. Your responsibilities will include executing the HR strategic plan at the campus/regional level, providing input to HR and campus leadership on progress and potential issues, and developing and executing employee engagement and retention plans. Additionally, you will manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including employee investigations, and partner with operations leadership on new business start-up and peak season staffing plans. Your expertise will also be required to ensure adequate staffing to meet operational needs, develop and lead supervisory and management training specific to HR-related topics, and facilitate employee engagement meetings and record results. You will also be responsible for talent management and lead or participate in network-wide projects as assigned. Furthermore, you will provide supporting information for employment claims and litigation, and manage and develop subordinates, such as Human Resources Coordinator, Generalist, or Manager. Your ability to escalate any issue that potentially impacts the achievement of financial or operational goals of the business will be essential to your success.

**What You Need**

To excel in this role, you will require a minimum of 6 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and training. You will also need to be PC literate with experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and hold a PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification. Your excellent communication skills, written and oral, will be essential, as well as your ability to read, analyze, and interpret HR metrics, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. You will also need to be able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, and effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Your ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists will be crucial.

**Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year**, depending on location and experience.
