Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 based on experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver comprehensive support to end-users through phone, in-person, and online channels.
  • Address IT inquiries via telephone and redirect calls to appropriate IT personnel when necessary.
  • Communicate updates, statuses, and completion details to managers and users through various communication methods.
  • Execute daily, weekly, and monthly IT operational tasks as per established checklists.
  • Facilitate IT processes for employee transitions, including onboarding, transfers, and exits.
  • Complete service requests as logged in the Help Desk system.
  • Assist in training staff on new applications provided by the company and troubleshoot application-related issues.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop and laptop computers, tablets, printers, and other peripheral devices.
  • Support the installation and upkeep of end-user software applications.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of IT facilities across branch offices.
  • Travel to branch locations and other assigned sites as required.
  • Adhere to Company Values, compliance standards, and Information Protection protocols in all responsibilities.
  • Participate in training sessions and comply with Company policies and applicable regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must currently reside within 30 miles of Bend, OR due to the urgency of the role.
  • Proficient in MS Windows, MS Office, and other standard PC software.
  • Experience working with computers in a networked environment.
  • Understanding of computer networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to perform effectively under time constraints.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Capable of establishing an effective work schedule with minimal supervision.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Associate degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a computer-related role.
