What You'll Do

  • You will set and achieve new business goals, utilizing our sales tools to identify and prospect new business opportunities.
  • You will manage new business sales pipelines and follow up on leads and prospects to ensure new business goals are met.
  • You will work with internal teams to identify cross-sell opportunities and utilize multi-disciplinary resources to maximize results.
  • You will attend community events, work personal networks, and participate in activities that drive new business sales goals.
  • You will stay current on license and education requirements, and attend internal and external trainings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

What You'll Need
  • You must hold appropriate and valid insurance licenses and driver's licenses.
  • You should have 3+ years of insurance sales experience, with a thorough understanding of insurance underwriting and rating procedures.
  • You should be a self-starter, with good communication and sales skills, and a strong work ethic.
