Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Route Support Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing pest control services, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers to create long-term relationships
  • Assist other service professionals with pest control services, including termite control and mosquito services
  • Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments, as well as residential pest control and mosquito services
  • Monitor termite bait systems and perform termite inspections
  • Problem-solve customer accounts for current and future needs
  • Partner with internal groups to ensure exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • No experience required, but ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days of employment
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
  • Physical demands include safely using a ladder, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in all types of weather conditions
