Job Description

Capital Financing is a dynamic and rapidly growing Plaintiff and Case Expense financing company seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Injury Legal Intake Specialist to join our team.


This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to utilize their knowledge and skills in a unique and challenging role. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for conducting effective intakes, managing attorney schedules, and coordinating awareness initiatives to foster caseload growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough and empathetic intakes with potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice
  • Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations, to foster caseload growth
  • Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys alongside the marketing team to grow our prospective client base
  • Collect and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files
  • Take charge of various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to ensure our firm runs at peak efficiency


Requirements:

  • Previous legal experience a plus
  • CRM and case management software experience a plus
  • Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically a must
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
