Supplier Accounts Receivable Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at Visionaire Partners in Renton. This is a direct-hire position that offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing monthly supplier commission revenue, preparing journal entries, and overseeing staff responsible for AR processing, payments, and collections. Additionally, you will process employee expense and incentive reimbursements, manage multi-state expense allocations, and assist with year-end audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly supplier commission revenue and prepare journal entries
  • Manage supplier billback invoices
  • Manage staff responsible for AR processing, payments, and collections
  • Process employee expense and incentive reimbursements
  • Manage multi-state expense allocations
  • Assist with year-end audits
  • Prepare financial and statistical reports as required

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Accounts Receivable Supervisor experience
  • 8+ years of Accounts Receivable/Accounting experience
  • Experience with set-up and maintenance of supplier accounts
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Collections experience
  • Full-cycle experience
  • Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
