Compensation

This position is classified as tipped, meaning the hourly wage listed does not account for potential tips.

Hourly Rate: $12.15

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the floor plan and reservation book daily to create effective seating arrangements
  • Manage guest seating and control wait times efficiently
  • Inspect dining and service areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup
  • Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience, address any complaints, and express gratitude as they depart
  • Handle restaurant phone inquiries during assigned operational hours
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Ability to maintain high energy levels in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills with guests and team members
  • No high school diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to remain on your feet for the duration of the shift
  • Capability to navigate between tables and around corners
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 35 pounds

Available shifts include day, evening, weekends, and holidays.
