Clinical Nurse Coordinator Medical Unit

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our medical unit team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for managing the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for our hospice patients.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the care team and provide education and training related to clinical practice, regulation, and reimbursement changes.
- Help orient new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the team.
