Clinical Nurse Coordinator Medical Unit

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Medical Unit team at Agape Care Group. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for managing the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for our hospice patients.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the care team and provide education and training related to clinical practice, regulation, and reimbursement changes.
- Help orient new employees and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Collaborate with the care team to provide high-quality care to our patients.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred).
- Evidence of clinical and supervisory knowledge and experience appropriate to the assigned supervision responsibilities.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
