About the Role:

The Lead Painter will play a crucial part in our team, overseeing the pre-finish operation and ensuring that products are prepared, finished, and reassembled to meet customer order specifications.

This position will work closely with the Logistics Specialist to guarantee that schedules and deadlines are met, while maintaining exceptional levels of quality and accuracy.

The Lead Painter will drive productivity by reducing costs and minimizing product transfers, making them a vital asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the pre-finish operation, ensuring that products are prepared and finished to meet customer order specifications.
  • Work with the Logistics Specialist to ensure that schedules and deadlines are met.
  • Drive productivity by reducing costs and minimizing product transfers.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain exceptional levels of quality and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of finishing experience.
  • Ability to lift and carry more than 100 pounds.
  • Ability to learn mechanical skills and use hand and powered tools.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to understand and carry out instructions.
  • Ability to communicate with and work well with others.
  • Must be able to pass a medical exam to wear a respirator.
  • Safety conscious.
