Skilled Tradesman

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team at ServiceMaster Restoration by DSI 3419. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.

• Lead and manage construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion
• Supervise and train other carpenters and tradesmen to ensure high-quality workmanship
• Collaborate with superintendents and other team members to achieve project goals
• Develop and implement effective project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction trades, with a focus on remodeling and lead carpentry
• Proven track record of success in leading and managing projects, with a strong emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and motivate team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and problem-solving
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
