Success Factors:

  • Strong sales skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Effective communication abilities to build rapport with customers and team members.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and parts.
  • Proficiency in operating inventory systems and point-of-sale technology.
  • Ability to perform diagnostic tests and utilize automotive tools.

Essential Skills:

  • Understanding of automotive systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues.
  • Proficient in English, with additional language skills being a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in automotive parts sales or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and move items up to 50 pounds, and occasionally handle heavier loads. The work environment may involve exposure to various weather conditions and mechanical equipment.
