Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair facilities, including plumbing, electrical systems, and grounds.
  • Identify and troubleshoot problems with equipment and facilities.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and maintain maintenance history logs.
  • Control and account for equipment and supplies.
  • Ensure the operation of safe and functionally sound equipment.
  • Maintain and order supplies and parts as needed.
Requirements
  • Two years of on-the-job experience with electronics and mechanical equipment.
  • Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to read and understand blueprints and technical reference manuals.
  • Knowledge of maintenance, repair experience with both pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and ability to work well independently.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use various hand tools.
