Job Summary:

The Perioperative PCT Specialist will assist the clinical team in providing indirect patient care and perform non-patient care responsibilities, including room turnover, pharmacy and specimen pickup or delivery, equipment setup, and patient transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to quality patient care by serving as a vital member of the healthcare team.
  • Assist with indirect patient care, including room preparation and turnover.
  • Perform non-patient care responsibilities, such as pharmacy and specimen pickup or delivery, equipment setup, and patient transportation.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • Acute Care Hospital experience preferred (e.g., Nursing Assistant, Unit Secretary, PCS, etc.).
  • Visual and auditory acuity for information retrieval and computer monitor use.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification.

Work Schedule:

2:30-11pm
