We are seeking a seasoned Executive Financial Leader to oversee our financial operations, driving strategic growth and ensuring financial stability. This role involves managing the accounting team, preparing accurate financial statements, and implementing effective financial processes.

About the Role

This key position is responsible for leading budgeting and forecasting, monitoring performance, and recommending cost-control measures. You will also develop and maintain internal controls, ensure compliance with regulations, conduct financial analysis, and provide insights for decision-making.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA preferred) is essential for this role, as is strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel is also required.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills are necessary for success in this position.
