Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting equipment and facilities problems
  • Conduct waste management and recycling programs, including moving, organizing, and disposing of waste under the direction of the Environmental, Health and Safety Manager
  • Perform custodial tasks, including cleaning and maintaining interior paint surfaces
  • Participate in periodic on-call coverage as needed to maintain reliable facilities services

Requirements:

  • High school/vocational school diploma
  • Basic computer knowledge, including email and MS Office
  • 3-5 years of applicable experience in maintenance or a related field
  • General working knowledge of plant facilities equipment and systems, including HVAC, air compressors, and energy management systems
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and use ladders as needed
