Position Type: Direct Hire
Work Schedule: Full Time (Monday - Friday) (Overtime as required).
Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quality Engineering
  • Over 10 years of experience in the Aerospace Manufacturing sector
  • Comprehensive understanding of FAA regulations
  • Drug screening required
  • Background check required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage a Quality Management System (QMS) that adheres to relevant Federal Aviation Regulations and accepted specifications.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure uniform policies, procedures, and processes are maintained.
  • Comprehend and fulfill OEM and customer specifications.
  • Initiate and execute quality enhancement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma) to elevate product quality.
  • Oversee problem identification, root cause analysis, resolution, loss reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide essential tools and training for success while establishing growth objectives.
  • Ensure that appropriate quality control measures are established.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
