Case Manager

At Reliance Solutions LLC, we are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to fill a full-time, permanent position as a Case Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and guiding them through our debt relief process with confidence and trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort and trust.
- Manage incoming emails and phone calls on a daily basis.
- Record client information within our database.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in typing.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- 1-2 years Customer Service experience preferred.
- Must be organized and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 per hour
