We are seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join our team at Founders Legal | Bekiares Eliezer LLP, a boutique law firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. The successful candidate will assist with the Firm\u2019s corporate practice, including entity formations, annual and period reporting, and regulatory filings, as well as mergers and acquisitions and securities deal management and closings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and filing of all manner of corporate legal filings, including Articles of Incorporation / Organization, Publication Notices, State Qualifications, Annual Reports and Maintenance, Public Document Retrieval, and UCC.
  • Experience with transactions involving capital raising and mergers and acquisitions, including preparation of closing materials and understanding of typical closing procedures.
  • Managing multiple concurrent projects and keeping track of respective due dates, deadlines, and filing requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of prior work experience as a Corporate Paralegal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and comfortable with using and adopting new software tools and technology.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with others in the firm, with clients, and with outside vendors.
