StateJobsNY is committed to providing excellent services to our community. Our Administrative Unit plays a vital role in supporting our Division of Communication, Education & Engagement. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Program Aide.

**Job Responsibilities**

The selected candidate will assist with the preparation and processing of hiring, purchasing, and payment needs of the unit. This will include creating and maintaining spreadsheets to track expenditures, formatting documents, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate will have three years of experience performing clerical, keyboarding, or paraprofessional work in an office environment.

  • Annual salary: $44,785 - $69,101 (Commensurate with experience)

Requirements

  • Three years of experience performing clerical, keyboarding, or paraprofessional work in an office environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
