Key Responsibilities

As a Benefits Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including ERISA, ACA, FMLA, COBRA, and HIPAA
  • Managing benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations in HRIS systems
  • Conducting regular audits of benefits plans and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on location, qualifications, and experience.
