Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at Woory America, Inc.'s Dublin GA new plant. As a key contributor to the optimization and efficiency of our manufacturing processes, you will analyze workflows, implement improvements, and ensure seamless integration of technology to enhance production output and product quality.

Responsibilities:
• Test and monitor machinery to ensure it operates safely and efficiently.
• Install new equipment to improve manufacturing processes.
• Design new equipment or operational procedures.
• Troubleshoot machines to resolve breakdowns or faults.
• Gather data and compile reports to assess manufacturing procedure effectiveness.
• Maintain contact with customers and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:
• Thorough knowledge of production lines and manufacturing processes.
• Efficient problem-solving skills.
• Excellent coordination skills for collaboration with technical staff and management.
• Ability to respond quickly to unplanned events or challenges.
• Effective communication and reporting skills for meetings with management.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Bilingual in Korean and English.
• Strong customer service, organization, and administrative skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal/external customer needs.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented.
• Working knowledge of MS Windows including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
