As a Unit Facilities Director at Compass Group Poland Sp. z o.o., you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and control of facilities management functions and activities. This role requires a strong leader who can evaluate existing programs, services, policies, and procedures to ensure timely completion of workload and adherence to facility standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate existing programs, services, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor the flow and quality of work to ensure timely completion of workload and adherence to facility standards and regulations.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, including the utilities energy savings program.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with relevant agencies, including the Joint Commission, State Health Department, EPA, DEP, ADA, UST, and others.
- Provide guidance, training, and motivation to staff.
- Establish and maintain effective client relationships.
- Monitor work performance and prepare performance evaluations for personnel.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant industry experience.
- Minimum of 4+ years leadership experience in the facilities management industry.
- Experience managing revenue.
