Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly welcome each member and guest with a friendly demeanor.
  • Conduct tours for prospective members, aiming to encourage them to join our community.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Implement all opening and closing procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized club environment through regular movement and organization of equipment.
  • Assist members in scheduling introductory sessions with Blink Personal Trainers.
  • Ensure consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Adhere to all company policies and operational guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capable of lifting and moving gym equipment weighing between 15-20 lbs frequently and up to 45 lbs occasionally.
  • Able to remain at the front desk for extended periods.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic, ability to multitask, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about the Blink brand and its mission.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Hourly Rate: $16.00
