Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children aged 2-6, adhering to the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.
  • Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles.
  • Foster strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Requirements
  • Strong preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program, with a bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification, with paid training provided by Soar Autism Center.
  • Previous experience working with children and a genuine enjoyment of working with children.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
